Alex Braverman is an accomplished South Florida Realtor with a curious and unique journey to Boca Raton. Originally from Moldova, Alex was born behind the Iron Curtain, working his way from his 2-year conscription in the Soviet Military to arriving as one of the most successful longstanding Realtors in the area. After living in Ukraine, where he received a degree in Civil Engineering, Alex emigrated to the United States in 1989 and began working as a maintenance tech at Braemar Isle Condominium, eventually being promoted to supervisor and buying his first condo in 1992.

It was here Alex fell in love with the buying process, and his adoptive home, furthering tackling the American Dream by getting his real estate license in the same year. By 1995, Alex was a full-time agent and actively involved in The Jewish and Russian communities. Alex’s love for real estate is perhaps only mirrored by his love for hockey, where Alex has enjoyed numerous publications as a writer, documentary consultant, and co-founder of Russian Heritage night in the NHL. Alex is an ethical, thoughtful, kindhearted, and experienced Realtor, leveraging a unique life story among the post-Soviet diaspora, many of whom found success very far from home. Today, Alex is a noted luxury condo specialist, Russian-speaker, and friendly rival to in-office Canadian hockey enthusiast, our co-founder Claude Champagne., Alex enjoys the fruits of his labor, and has raised two children in Boca Raton.
